Strawberry Protein Fool

A fool is an English dessert made with fruit and whipped cream or custard. 

It’s basically the perfect recipe to enhance with Trulean Strawberries and Cream Grass Fed Whey Protein, my favorite protein powder that is dotted with real, freeze-dried strawberries. ​

This recipe is quick and simple to throw together, tastes incredible and will keep you on track with your fitness and weight loss goals!

  • 2 cups ripe strawberries, divided
  • ¼ cup Swerve Confectioners Style
  • 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoon granular Swerve
  • 1 cup Cocowhip (like cool whip in freezer section)
  • 1 ½ cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup Trulean Strawberries and Cream Grass Fed Whey Protein
  • 2 Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Protein Cookies, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Wash, hull and dice the strawberries.
  2. Place 1 1/2 cups of the strawberries in a blender along with the confectioner's swerve and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  3. Place the remaining 1/2 cup of strawberries in a bowl and toss with the granular swerve. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl combine the whipped topping and yogurt with the Trulean Strawberries and Cream Grass Fed Whey Protein Powder until smooth. Mix in the pureed strawberries and the diced strawberries.
  5. Divide the strawberry mixture into 4 serving cups. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes. Top each serving with crumbled oatmeal protein cookies and fresh strawberries. Enjoy!
