3 Tips For Your Best Body
When I first started working out I had no idea what I was doing.

However when it comes to creating your best body, you might be overlooking some techniques for getting into the best shape.

I know I did.

So I put together these 3 simple tips to help you get to your best body… faster!

1) Eat Smarter

This is how I stay on track with my nutrition because I don’t enjoy eating boring foods. (Who does?!)

Now this doesn’t mean you have to stop eating all your favorite foods. You can still enjoy them guilt free. Just in smaller portions.

One tip I have for you is to have a breakfast that is loaded up with protein and healthy fat. If you aren’t a breakfast person, I won’t judge you.

In that case just make sure your first meal is loaded with protein and healthy fat. You won’t believe the energy you’ll have hours later!

2) Get More Sleep

Sleep is probably one of the most important things that we do as humans.

If you’re not getting enough sleep this could be why the scale is moving the wrong way and a few extra pounds are starting to appear.

I don’t want that.

You don’t want that.

Sleep is the last thing that I think about. And I can only guess how many others are in the same boat as me. As we all have a busy life and have tons of stuff to do. But this is so important and I still do my best to get the best quality sleep I can and make it a priority for me.

If you are just like me and struggle getting 8 hours of sleep, we could all use some bedtime Zzz’s.

I try to get to bed around the same time and wake up at the same time as well. This has helped me stay on a routine and get the sleep that I need. Try this out and let me know how you are feeling.

3) Believe In Yourself

Do you believe that you have what it takes to get your best body?

The answer is… YES!

I don’t mean to yell but I believe in you and you should too. Getting your best body is only half the work. When you believe you can have your best body and feel amazing with it you start to subconsciously move towards your best body.

If you’re struggling, give yourself a pep talk and dig down deep for the courage and discipline to apply these healthy changes to your life. And remind yourself that I am rooting for you as well!

Bonus Tip: Just Do It

I know this sounds overly simple as the last step.

And it kind of is. I love quotes so, as Woody Allen famously said, "80% of success is showing up." Or even as Nike’s slogan, “Just Do It”

This is absolutely true when it comes to getting your best body.

Sometimes you just need to start doing what you think is right and it transforms into something much bigger.

When I decided to run my half marathon, I just started by just walking 1 mile. Then I slowly built on that.

Next thing I knew I was running a half marathon. You just have to do it, even when you do not feel like it (which is the hardest part).

Just do it.
