Shipping Policy

Our fulfillment center is filling orders and handing packages to our carriers in a timely manner. Due to (COVID19), our shipping partners are experiencing unprecedented volumes and packages may take longer than usual to be delivered. We apologize for any delays and thank you for being a loyal Trulean customer.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact your local post office or FedEx with your order details.

SHIPPING PROCESSING

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays, and are shipped within 1-2 days (in-stock items) from the date of order. Please allow an additional 1-5 days for delivery in the continental. 

BACKORDER ITEMS

Backorder items are currently in production and are shipped within 2-4 weeks from the order date. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING

Our shipping rates come directly FedEx and USPS and may fluctuate from time to time. We work to find the lowest cost to the customer. We do not guarantee delivery dates. We will use our best effort to communicate the delivery time with our customers. We will not refund an order because it did not arrive on an estimated delivery date.
