Your membership will automatically renew on a recurring basis at which time your credit card will be charged automatically for the subscription products, including applicable shipping and handling fees until you cancel your membership. You may cancel your membership at anytime by logging in to your account, selecting Subscriptions, then clicking cancel next to the item.

If you purchase a subscription item, you will receive the product at the frequency you select. You may log into your Trulean.com account and customize your subscriptions at any time. In your account, you can change the quantity of the product, the frequency of each shipment, and advance or delay the next shipment. Any cancellation of your subscription or any changes to your subscription orders can be made any time at least 72-hours prior to the next scheduled shipment date. If you need help managing your subscription, please contact Customer Service at orders@trulean.com.
SUBSCRIPTION RECURRENCE AND CANCELLATION TERMS
IF YOU ARE PLACING AN ORDER AS PART OF OUR SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM, YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT UNTIL IT IS CANCELED BY YOU OR BY TRULEAN NUTRITION. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME.
By subscribing, you authorize Trulean Nutrition to automatically charge your Payment Processor (as defined below) now, and again at the beginning of any subsequent subscription period. We will charge the subscription price plus applicable taxes, shipping, and handling to your default payment method when we ship your first subscription order. You will continue to be charged the subscription price plus applicable taxes and shipping charges at the time of each shipment for all subsequent orders until you choose to cancel. Subscriptions will be shipped at the interval you chose when placing your first subscription order unless you change the shipping frequency of your subscription. Changes to subscription orders can be made any time at least 72-hours prior to the next scheduled shipment date.
You may cancel your subscription(s) at any time. To cancel your subscription(s), you can do so online in your account settings or by texting (855) 731-7395 with “Modify order” Monday – Friday 6AM – 6PM Pacific. If you do not cancel before the date of your next billing cycle, you acknowledge and agree that you will be charged the subscription price plus applicable taxes and shipping charges on the same scheduled date you are regularly charged based on your subscription frequency.
Our purchase and checkout process are powered by Shopify ("Payment Processor"). The Payment Processor accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards as forms of payment. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the Payment Processor, in addition to the Terms. You agree to pay us, through the Payment Processor, all charges at the prices then in effect for any purchase in accordance with the applicable payment terms. You agree to make payment using the payment method you provide with your account. We reserve the right to correct, or to instruct our Payment Processor to correct, any errors or mistakes, even if payment has already been requested or received.
