These donuts are packed with Trulean Rich Dutch Chocolate Grass Fed Whey Protein and contain ZERO sugar, so you can enjoy a few while staying on track with your fitness and fat loss results.

For the Chocolate Protein Donuts

  • 4 scoops or packets Trulean Rich Dutch Chocolate Grass Fed Whey Protein
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup granular Swerve
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon melted coconut oil

For the Chocolate Protein Icing

  • 2 scoops or packets Trulean Rich Dutch Chocolate Grass Fed Whey Protein
  • 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup confectioners Swerve
  • 5 Tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • a crack of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk the protein powder, baking powder, coconut flour, Swerve, and salt together. Use a whisk to fully combine.
  2. In another bowl, whip the eggs and mix in the almond milk. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined. Stir in the melted coconut oil.
  3. In another bowl, combine the icing ingredients. Whisk until fully combined.
  4. In using a donut machine: grease each donut mold with coconut oil and fill with batter. Close and cook for 2 minutes at 160 degrees C. Remove from the machine and cover with the prepared icing. Enjoy immediately!
  5. In using an oven and mini donut pan: grease each donut mold with coconut oil and fill with batter. Bake for 6 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove from the oven and cover with the prepared icing. Enjoy immediately!
