By subscribing, you authorize Trulean™ to automatically charge your Credit Card now, and again at the beginning of any subsequent subscription period. We will charge the subscription price plus applicable taxes to your default payment method when we ship your first subscription order. You will continue to be charged the subscription price plus applicable taxes at the time of each shipment for all subsequent orders until you choose to cancel. Trulean™ Tribe Subscriptions will be shipped at the interval you chose when placing your first subscription order unless you change the shipping frequency of your subscription. Changes to subscription orders can be made any time at least 72-hours prior to the next scheduled shipment date.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays, and are shipped within 1-2 days (in-stock items) from the date of order. Shipping dates are as follows: Economy Shipping: 3-8 days after processing. Standard Shipping: 2-5 days after processing. Express Shipping: 2-3 days after processing.
Our shipping rates come directly from FedEx, USPS, & UPS and may fluctuate. We work to find the lowest cost to the customer. We do not guarantee delivery dates. We will use our best effort to communicate the delivery time with our customers. We will not refund an order because it did not arrive on an estimated delivery date.
