Shipping policy
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays, and are shipped within 1-2 days (in-stock items) from the date of order. Shipping dates are as follows:
Economy Shipping
5-8 days after processing.
Standard Shipping
3-4 days after processing.
Express Shipping
1-2 days after processing.
Our shipping rates come directly from FedEx, USPS, & UPS and may fluctuate. We work to find the lowest cost to the customer. We do not guarantee delivery dates. We will use our best effort to communicate the delivery time with our customers. We will not refund an order because it did not arrive on an estimated delivery date.
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also reach out to orders@trulean.com to request the status of a shipment.
We ship using FedEx, USPS, and UPS. In some cases, your package may be transferred to a local third-party carrier for final delivery—this is determined at the discretion of the original shipping carrier.

Yes! When you sign up for a Trulean™ subscription, you will receive free shipping on all orders.
Please reach out to orders@trulean.com and our customer support team can investigate if the order was damaged or returned to our facility.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier provided within your order details to file a claim.

Backorder items are currently in production and are shipped within 3-4 weeks from the order date. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
