Trulean™ offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all products. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of original purchase. These guidelines were created to keep you satisfied, while at the same time ensuring we can continue to provide a quality service to other happy customers for years to come.
Please reach out to orders@trulean.com with your name, email, order number, and the reason for the refund.
Once a refund is processed, funds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect back into your account, depending on the bank. Reimbursements of funds will be allocated to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your Trulean™ products, and passed the 30 day refund policy, please reach out to orders@trulean.com.
Items are non-refundable after 30 days of original purchase.
Please reach out to orders@trulean.com and our customer support team can investigate if the order was damaged and help you replace it.
We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the products, and the confirmation number (RMA) you have been assigned.
Each return is required to include the RMA for a full refund to be issued. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the support team is able to provide a return RMA for a full refund. Without the return RMA information the warehouse will not be able to verify the return. In which case the return cannot be identified and refunded.
If the purchase is returned to the warehouse without an RMA and the order is identifiable, a fee will be deducted from the refund amount for warehouse processing.
Please do not send your order back to the warehouse or manufacturer. A return address will be supplied.
