Let’s be honest. Everyone needs dessert once in a while.
And while we’ve all been stuck at home during this quarantine, my need for dessert has gone up dramatically.
However, just because we WANT and NEED dessert doesn’t mean that we should eat whatever sugary thing sounds delicious. It does, however, mean that we should get creative in making DELICIOUS and WHOLESOME desserts that are going to make us happy AND keep us on track with our fitness goals.
Another thing that’s been on my mind in light of COVID19 is keeping my immune system strong. I don’t want to get sick, and I know you don’t either.
