In order for me to stay on track with my healthy diet, I MUST have wholesome sweets available so that it becomes easy to make a healthy choice when my sweet tooth acts up. That is precisely why my freezer is packed with large ziplock bags filled with treats like this freezer fudge.

One small square cures my sweet tooth while giving me a boost of usable nutrition and protein. Yum! Staying on track is simple when it tastes this good!

This protein fudge was inspired by the Perfect Bar! It’s creamy, peanut buttery, and filled with Trulean Frosted Vanilla Cake Grass Fed Whey Protein :)

Please keep these fudgy morsels in the freezer because at room temperature it will go back to being creamy and you’ll have to eat it with a spoon rather than your fingers!
