  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 2 scoops Trulean Frosted Vanilla Cake Grass Fed Whey Protein
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¾ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ½ cup butter at room temp
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, solid
  • ½ cup brown swerve
  • ¾ cup granular swerve
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ⅔ cup Lily's chocolate chips

For Cream Cheese Frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line an 9x13 dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, Trulean Frosted Vanilla Cake Grass Fed Whey Protein, baking soda, sea salt, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground allspice, ground cloves.
  3. Using an electric mixer, cream the butter, coconut oil. Once combined, add swerve, egg, vanilla, and pumpkin puree.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and chocolate chips and mix to combine. Pour the batter into the prepared dish.
  5. Using an electric mixer, add cream cheese, confectioner's swerve, Trulean Frosted Vanilla Cake Grass Fed Whey Protein and almond milk.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool in the pan before adding frosting. Store leftovers in the fridge or the freezer. Enjoy!
